We live in a moment of transition in the real estate sector. The concerns arising from global geopolitical tension and climate change are joined by a new dimension of mobility, longevity and distance work.

These are trends that are substantially changing the lives of cities and regions and the priorities of individuals and families. They also allow the affirmation of new products and the growth of the market in subsectors and regions that so far played a more seasonal or differentiated role.

In this context, the behaviour of the internal market, which has assumed a leading role in international demand within individual and institutional investors, with the creation of an incoming with new sources in the global regional context, should be underlined. In this perspective, and in line with the sustainability framework, indispensable for an adequate growth of the sector, we give priority to the development of products that integrate the ESG criteria, projects that allow the creation of direct and indirect value in this economic development model.

The preponderance of the balanced growth of cities and regions in the framework of sustainable growth will translate into the creation of new products that even here were not the focus of investors and promoters.

This is a new angle that is a challenge for us. It translates into the creation of housing with democratized access and enterprises that respond to the valences of proximity in the daily life of families, but aligned with the concerns of Net Carbon Zero, integration in the city model of 15 minutes and the most innovative and industrialized constructive methodologies.

We will always keep in the growth framework that we envisage the development of diversified products with the integration of formats and models that respect the principles of sustainability, giving special relevance to the Prime Real Estate product. We will also be attentive to opportunities in the Real Estate and diversification of the portfolio in areas such as tourism, services and logistics, paying attention to the development of income products in these various valences.

The growth and affirmation of our company will be done in partnership with its stakeholders. Only then can we value knowledge and people and promote a balanced perspective in the relationships we establish. The goal is clear: creating value together, taking into account the promotion of more quality of life for the new generations.
