The Project

Nestled in the exclusive Quinta da Marinha, between the Atlantic coastline and the protected landscape of the Sintra–Cascais Natural Park, Fasano Cascais – Hotel and Residences sets a new benchmark for elegance by the ocean.The five-star hotel will offer 98 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, spa and fitness facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. The development is complemented by branded residences with privileged access to all hotel amenities.
Designed by Miguel Saraiva (Saraiva + Associados) with interiors by Carolina Proto (Estúdio Obra Prima), the project delivers understated sophistication, seamlessly blending natural surroundings with refined design.
