The Project

The Oitavos hotel will be redesigned and transformed into a mixed-use project of luxury hotel and branded residences, managed by hotel operator Fasano. The objective of this project is to create a seamless integration between hospitality and residential experiences, maintaining the highest standards of design and functionality.The building spans a Gross Construction Area of approximately 39,300 sqm, including 27,500 sqm above ground and 11,800 sqm below ground. The existing 142 hotel rooms will be reconfigured into a combination of 49 apartments and 97 hotel rooms.
In addition to the residences, the following amenities are planned: Spa, Fitness, 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, Kids Room and Business Centre.
