The Oitavos

O hotel “The Oitavos” será remodelado e transformado num projeto de combinação mista, de hotel de luxo e branded residences, geridas pelo operador hoteleiro Fasano. O objetivo é criar uma integração perfeita entre hospitalidade e experiências residenciais, mantendo os mais elevados padrões de design e funcionalidade. O edifício abrange uma área bruta de construção de aproximadamente 39.300 m2, dos quais 27.500 m2 acima do solo e 11.800 m2 abaixo do solo. Os 142 quartos de hotel existentes serão reconfigurados numa combinação de 49 apartamentos e 97 quartos de hotel.
Para além das residências, estão previstas as seguintes amenities Spa, Fitness, 2 Restaurantes, 2 Bares, Kids Room e Business Center.
